WP 的language file

WordPress 的 Language file 很奇怪，跟一般的軟體不太一樣，是一個 .mo 的檔案。

安裝上必須先將 zh_TW.mo 檔案放置在 wp-includes 裡面的 languages 目錄中，然後去 wp-config 裡面設定 define (’WPLANG’, ‘zh_TW’);
